Description:
The tester is mainly used for the test of over-charge and discharge. Put the sample battery into the tank and connect to the charge and discharge tester to ensure the safety of the operator.
Features:

Inner box: SUS#201 stainless steel. Thickness 1.0mm;
3. Single door, double door, inner box door is made of stainless steel, and silicone Fastening bar is added, and there is a observation window at front side;
4. The door is connected to the box by a strong hinge, and the explosion-proof cold handle door lock;
5. The inside of the test box is affixed with Teflon tape to prevent corrosion, insulation, flame retardant and easy to clean;
6. Testing hole located on the left side of each box, the diameter is φ 50mm, which is convenient for connection line feed through; (the number and direction of test holes can be specified)
7. Each layer has a separate test panel to control the exhaust in each test chamber, and the exhaust fan in the box can be opened to exhaust smoke during the test;
8. Each side of the box is connected with an exhaust fan (φ 120mm) and an exhaust duct, which can be connected to the laboratory powerful exhaust fan;
9. Each layer of the cabinet is equipped with a lighting device to facilitate observation of the sample.
10. There is a thermal insulation design between each layer to avoid mutual influence testing.
